Water in what you eat

As you may know, many fruits and veggies have a high water content; this of course helps your body. But most of the water in these foods aids in the digestion of the food and cannot be relied upon to hydrate your entire body to the point it needs. Furthermore if a food is processed it cannot be considered hydrating as sodium and other additives greatly diminish any water component.
