NYTimes article: Exercise: Bicycling to Keep Off Extra Pounds

Bicycling for exercise may help women control their weight during their 30s and 40s, a new study says. Short article but read up, I whole heatedly agree biking is an excellent way to shed pounds. Muscle work combined with cardio is perfect!
