Slideshow: How to Build a Better Butt

My boyfriend is leaving on a work trip for 5 days and each time he does I have a fitness goal. This week's will be toning my arms and my glutes. Spin has done a great job but it is only one form. And, as one of my previous posts explained, cross training is key. I like this WebMD slideshow on a great butt workout. This will be me all week!

*I'm also trying new eating habits to see how they effect me. For 5 days I will be eating 1egg + egg whites and a slice of whole grain toast for breakfast, a large salad with lean protein for lunch and carrot, beet, papaya, and apple juice for dinner. It's a tapering effect with most of my caloric needs early in the day. I'll let you know how it works and how I get creative to keep my satiety level!
