
Slideshow: How to Build a Better Butt
*I'm also trying new eating habits to see how they effect me. For 5 days I will be eating 1egg + egg whites and a slice of whole grain toast for breakfast, a large salad with lean protein for lunch and carrot, beet, papaya, and apple juice for dinner. It's a tapering effect with most of my caloric needs early in the day. I'll let you know how it works and how I get creative to keep my satiety level!
