New favorite lunch

I made wraps for lunch the other day and they were so satisfying, portable, and easy that they have quickly become one of my favorite lunches! You can really put anything you want in them but here's what I did.  Not using tortillas but rather a flat naan type bread from Trader Joe's to save some calories without sacrificing taste, I spread some laughing cow cheese over the entire piece, layered thin slices of cheddar cheese on top of that, sprinkled fresh ground black pepper on, then drizzled honey before adding layers of lunch meat (I used turkey breast and roast beef), then adding spinach and rollin it all up.


Today's version will be: Sundried tomato hummus spread, cheddar cheese, sprouts, avocado, and spinach--I'm going veggie! 


The reason I mention this lunch is because yes it's easy, but you can also get creative an add whatever is in your fridge and roll roll roll. try: mustard, cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, thai peanut sauce, tomato, fruits, different meats...ahh...anything...& enjoy...
