Grandma's banana bread

A week ago I posted about the benefits of bananas because I was craving some delicious bread de bananer. I finally made my boyfriend's grandma's banana bread recipe for the first time the other day. Quite delicious, quick, and fat-free! Gotta love it. However, I got in trouble however--being a young baker I don't own a bread pan so I improvised and put the batter into muffin tins instead--same batter just different shape and size. That's a no-no in my man's book, not the same to him. Either way, they were yum! So, read up on the benefits of bananas by clicking HERE while the following recipe bakes in the oven...

3 RIPE BANANAS (THE MUSHIER THE BETTER)
2 EGGS
1 TSP SALT
3/4 CUP SUGAR
2 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA

CRUSH THE BANANAS AND ADD THE EGGS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY BEATEN. SIFT TOGETHER ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND STIR INTO THE BANANAS AND EGG MIXTURE. PUT INTO A LOAF PAN AND BAKE FOR ONE HOUR AT 325 DEGREE OVEN. I WOULD PUT SOME PAM IN THE PAN SO IT DOESN'T STICK.
