Warming homemade apple cider

It's kind of "home-made" but it's super easy and delicious (that's what I like). I make this cider at least once a season for my guests. It is always a winner and always a great way to warm up and get in the holiday mood. Here's what to do:

2 cans frozen apple juice concentrate (you can juice your own apples but that'll take A LOT of apples)
8 whole cinnamon sticks
1 large tbsp. whole cloves
orange rind
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Bring the apple juice concentrate (and necessary amounts water) to a rolling boil. Add all other ingredients an cover over medium heat. Allow to gently roll/boil for 20 minutes. Take off heat, let cool and serve.

It's delish!
