Bananaramamamama.....
Stop spending buco-bucks on salon hair treatments. Either buy your own and pamper yourself in your own pad (I recommend this Loreal treatment) or try this eco-ameloriate recipe:
Ripe, mashed avocado and banana can treat dry, damaged hair. They are high in protein, calcium, and vitamins that dry hair needs. Plus, avocado has a natural oil that will rejuvenate the hair.
What you need for a bananaramama...
Banana and/or Avocado (the riper the better!)
1-2 tbsp of olive, coconut or grape seed oil
Fork, Small bowl, Hair clip, Tea towel or shower cap
How to do the bananaramama...
1. Place peeled banana/avocado and oil in the bowl, mash until smooth. 2. Apply the mixture to dry hair, starting from the tips. Massage into roots.3. Pin up hair and wrap in the tea towel/shower cap.4. Leave for 15 minutes. This is a great time for a quick cleaning blitz—the heat from your scalp helps the hair soak up the treatment!5. Wash out the mixture with shampoo and rinse in cool water.
While my hair treatment sits I better get back to writing my Educational Law & Finance paper on Sexual Harassment policy...so fun! Ha Ha Ha
