A month ago my cousin, Jon, his wife, Carrie, and I did a race at Poway lake. It was only a 5K but it was a hike--literally all hills, mostly up. I finally got some photos and as hesitant and bashful as I am to post them, it was a fun experience. I'm also signing up for AFC (America's finest city) which is a half marathon happening in San Diego this August. So, I better get used to people seeing me sweaty and gross. Get runnin'.
