Before attending my refresher sports nutrition course last night I took advantage of the California coastline where I live. I don't make it out to this beautiful area enough and most people around the country would be insanely jealous. This is a little seaside park in Encinitas, California. A few blocks away is a very cute village with great restaurants, boutiques, yoga studios, etc. A lovely place to visit on a sunny afternoon. Recommended stop offs in Encinitas: Pannikin Bakery and Cafe (fabulously cute and great garden!), El Q'ero Peruvian restaurant , E Street coffee/cafe, The Greenery Raw Food Cafe, Quail Botanical Gardens, Swami's (favorite beach) , Divinity Salon & Boutique .
