I've never been one to be diligent about a food journal or exercise log. However I do want to loose about 5 lbs before my birthday weekend coming up in a few weeks. Most of us mentally think we have a hold on how much we consume but those sneaky bites of pie, pieces of candy for a pick-me-up after lunch, etc. really add up. I set out to search for a very user-friendly system on my computer to keep track of my daily logging. Low and behold I actually found one!! I've been using it about 3 days now and it's simply and has most food and exercise in it's data bank--plus, it's linked to the internet so it's constantly uploading new things. This makes it really easy to plug in what I put in and know where I stand calorically and on my nutritional health profile (it designates what % carbs, fat, and protein your daily food intake has been).
The con: There is only a 7 day trial then you must pay for it. I'm not sure how much it costs yet but I'm using up my trial to see if it would be worth while for me to invest in.
