31 days of December health!

This is a very tough month to maintain your weight, lose weight or simply feel healthy and not sluggish. It's cold outside (our body craves carbs and wants to fatten up), the social holiday gatherings are abound, and the box of See's candy is sitting in the break room at work. Use this handy calendar as a daily mantra to keep yourself on track. Write each day's advice on a post it and keep it somewhere noticeable--your computer screen, your wallet, your kitchen counter! You do have the willpower, employ it.
