I've recently read about a host of herbs unbeknown to most in the U.S. I'm going to get my hands on them and try them out in morning shakes. Here's my first nutrient focus: Maca root. I'm finding it at Whole Foods, adding it to my whey protein powder shakes with a few other nutrients I'll highlight in the next few days. I'll update you on how I feel!
