Whey Protein Smoothie Follow-up

My strawberry smoothie wasn't strawberry enough for my tastebuds. Despite the fact that I used a large cup of fresh strawberries and strawberry whey protein powder. So, ehhh....


I'm going to stick with the Jay Robb vanilla whey protein. Still, no sugar, no carbs, etc...love it! Today I blended up 1/2 a pineapple, a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I use fage 0%), and 1/2 cup Orange juice. If you have any coconut shreds (or try using coconut water instead of the plain water) you'll make a healthy pinacolada! It was quite delish!


Weight watchers + points? A 24oz smoothie = 5 points.
